Return Policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure the products are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Want to initiate a return? Send us an email at highgoodseu@gmail.com to register your return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions on how to send the package back. Returns sent without prior notice cannot be processed.

Important: If returns arrive too late or do not meet our return conditions (see below), we reserve the right to reject them. In such cases, the right to a refund will expire. Please read our return conditions carefully.


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process and prevent misuse, we follow clear guidelines. This way, we can assist everyone fairly and efficiently:

  • You may return items up to 14 days after receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are your own responsibility. This means you are responsible for paying for the return label.


How do I know if my return has arrived?

You can track your return using the shipment receipt and the track & trace code provided by your shipping carrier. We do not send a confirmation upon receipt, but we will notify you once your return has been processed. This usually takes between 5 to 10 working days.

Note: If you send a return without track & trace, the shipment cannot be tracked. If the parcel gets lost, we cannot be held responsible without tracking information. You are solely responsible for the return shipment.


When will I receive my refund or have my invoice adjusted?

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten working days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank, credit card company, or Klarna (in the case of post-payment) to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at highgoodseu@gmail.com.
